Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1- 2 years proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the US healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and compliance regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
• Amenable to work in a graveyard shift
