Healthcare Payer Support Analyst

Summary

Join Experian Health as a Healthcare Payer Support Analyst and contribute to shaping the future of U.S. healthcare. The position requires extensive experience in healthcare-related standards, EDI, X12, payer support, and healthcare IT, along with Salesforce experience and a Bachelor's degree. Requirements

• 3+ years' experience with healthcare-related standards and specifications
• 3+ years experience with EDI, X12 and with payer support within a hospital or healthcare system
• 3+ years experience in the healthcare IT industry / healthcare revenue cycle
• 1+ year SalesForce experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex payer issues
• Participate in some project management and oversight
• Manage a large caseload of issues and questions escalated from Customer Support, and Relationship Management in Salesforce
• Communicate with clients regarding support cases
• Determine the severity and scope of issues, inquiries, and requests
• Manage and troubleshoot client and user payer configurations
• Build the internal and external Knowledge Base (KCS) ad enhancements and maintain it
