Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare payer setting or similar, with a focus on data analytics or project management
  • SQL proficiency
  • Python proficiency
  • Ability to navigate complex problems and drive high-quality and innovative technical solutions
  • Experience in managing tight deadlines and facilitating consensus among diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Self-starter, comfortable following direction, with the ability to prioritize and manage work under changing deadlines
  • Experienced in data mapping, transformation, and analysis within the healthcare sector
  • Proficient in eliciting, documenting, and managing both business and functional requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, clearly articulating issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop documentation for new data exchanges and features needed for client implementation
  • Map data fields between external specifications and Flume's canonical model
  • Oversee end-to-end integrations, including scoping, testing, and deployment to clients
  • Collaborate with the technology team to develop feature requirements and solutions
  • Ensure the technical solutions meet customer expectations and business requirements
  • Design and refine processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate complex technical issues to clients using clear, non-technical language
  • Act as a Flume product and technology advocate with customers and vendors, guiding them through Flume Relay and integration processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability in data integrity testing, auditing, and QA
  • Ability to independently review and validate large data sets
