Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of applicable experience or equivalent applicable experience
  • Ability to obtain a US Secret clearance
  • Customer support/help desk experience required or Public Safety Software experience
  • Familiarity with Computer Aided Dispatch systems or Public Safety Software a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems. Windows 2016 Server and Windows 10 experience required
  • CompTIA Security+ certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire date
  • Exhibit excellent work ethics and verbal communications skills required
  • Ability to function independently with little supervision and guidance required
  • Availability to travel as needed to customer sites required
  • Ability to work directly with customers to gather required information to resolve issues
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite products required
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle preferred
  • Familiarity with relational database structure preferred
  • Must be able to work, days, evenings, nights and weekends to support a 24/7 help desk

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve incoming customer support tickets for a variety of software applications and hardware layouts
