Join Midi Health, a leading virtual care clinic for women in midlife, as a High Volume Recruiter! This 6-month remote contract (with potential extension) offers a high-impact, fast-paced role within a mission-driven organization. You will lead hiring efforts for hourly, high-volume roles crucial to clinical delivery. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, maintaining a qualified candidate pipeline, building relationships with hiring managers, and utilizing an ATS (Greenhouse). You will also develop sourcing strategies, track candidate flow, and optimize hiring processes. Success requires a proven track record of meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced environment and experience with clinical or healthcare-adjacent roles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year focused on high-volume or hourly hiring
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Skilled in using ATS platforms (ideally Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple roles and stakeholders at once
- A growth mindset and a scrappy, solution-oriented attitude
- Passion for healthcare and Midiβs mission to close the gender gap in care
Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet aggressive hiring targets and business timelines
- Build strong relationships with clinical and operations hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and performance expectations
- Track and manage candidate flow using our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring a smooth and high-touch candidate experience
- Partner with the broader People and Clinical teams to improve onboarding speed, identify bottlenecks, and optimize hiring processes
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and utilize job boards, referrals, and community outreach to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Use data to monitor progress and performance, share insights, and recommend process improvements
- Represent Midi Health with enthusiasm and professionalism, serving as the first touchpoint for many of our clinical team hires
