Summary

Join ABC Legal Services, a national leader in legal document filing services, as a Recruiter. You will be responsible for recruiting active legal process servers and those interested in gig work. Work with the sourcing team to conduct high-volume outreach, explaining job roles and responsibilities. Execute creative sourcing strategies based on market trends. Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires, and pipelines. This role requires 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in the legal field. Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting in a high-volume environment
• Experience creatively recruiting candidates in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
• Proficient in formatting excel spreadsheets using data tools & formulas
• Experience creating & maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS
• Experience creating e-marketing campaigns
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by conducting high-volume outreach activities (cold calling, SMS, email campaigns)
• Execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with high-quality candidates
