Requirements
- Experience in high-volume sales (e.g., phone/internet plans, utilities, B2C services)
- A track record of exceeding quota and recognition for top performance (President’s Club, Top Rep, etc.)
- Resilience and confidence, comfortable with rejection, and fast iteration
- Ability to thrive with minimal structure and a high ceiling
- Strong phone presence, quick thinker, great listener
- Familiarity with multiple CRMs or calling platforms
Responsibilities
- Make 300+ outbound calls daily using a power dialer to tenants in buildings where our client holds an internet service contract
- Convert current users of a major internet provider to register under our client’s billing system (they’re already paying, but to the wrong party)
- Upsell residents who use competing ISPs to switch to our client’s service
- Log activity and feedback to continuously refine pitches and objections
- Serve as the energetic, relentless frontline closer, owning your pipeline and performance
