Summary

Requirements

  • Working toward attaining a Bachelor’s Degree in business related field
  • Proficient with Google Workspace apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
  • Comfortable with analyzing data and working in spreadsheets

Responsibilities

  • Assist with various administrative and operational tasks related to the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting recruitment events
  • Posting job openings on various platforms, including online job boards and company websites
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, and answering inquiries
  • Updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate records of candidates
  • Assisting with recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus visits
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Conducting background checks on candidates (under supervision)
  • Organizing or conducting reference checks
  • Preparing reports on recruitment activities and metrics
  • Assisting with HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of internship programs
  • Handling general office tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and answering phone calls
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Chief People Oficer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS systems a plus
  • Familiarity with Slack a plus
  • Excellent collaborator with leaders, peers, and team members to promote transparency and achievement of shared goals
  • Easily able to understand new concepts
  • Willingness to learn how to perform new tasks
  • Always professional and constructive, maintaining a positive outlook and receptive to feedback
  • Good organization, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment within a remote/hybrid organization
