Requirements
- 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting client groups in a remote and global environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to balance priorities across departments
- Proactive problem-solver that has proven success in a dynamic, remote-first environment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity while addressing evolving business and talent needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels
Responsibilities
- Provide HR partnership for leaders and employees, offering guidance and expertise across the employee life-cycle
- Collaborate and influence across business teams to support organization design strategies that align with business priorities
- Support change management efforts to drive team and organizational effectiveness that impacts future long-term strategy
- Facilitate virtual and in-person trainings on leadership development, annual compensation, performance and talent management, and culture
- Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, objective investigations
- Partner with leaders to analyze organization health data to identify opportunities for improvement and co-develop action plans
- Support the creation and delivery of HR programs, trainings, tools, and metrics
- Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent & Culture, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to advise and influence people processes and talent strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience supporting corporate functions in a global organization
- Experience with G Suite/Google Workspace and Workday
