Xometry is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their People Operations team. The role involves analyzing HR data, maintaining its quality, improving HR processes, and creating data visualizations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field, 5+ years of experience in HR data analysis, proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR data analysis or a related field
- Ability to communicate in fluent U.S. English in a business setting
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ADP, Looker, Python, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and data integration
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure HR effectiveness
- Create insightful and actionable reports and dashboards
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to inform strategic decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across HR systems and databases
- Implement data cleaning and validation processes to maintain data quality
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
- Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
- Support HR projects by providing data-driven insights and analysis
- Create compelling data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, dashboards)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of HR analytics methodologies and frameworks is heavily desired
