Summary

Join Sia Partners as a V.I.E. HR Transformation Consultant and work on projects such as HR information tools and systems, training and skills development, design of organisational models, data analytics, and change management.

Requirements

• Graduated from a top engineering school, business school or university
• Proven experience in consulting or in the field of Human Resources (internship, gap year or first job)
• Professional rigour
• Open-mindedness
• Sense of analysis and ability to synthesise
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Problem solving skills
• Fluent Italian and English are required

Responsibilities

• Work on HR information tools and systems project management and operational implementation
• Implement virtual collaboration spaces (digital communities), optimisation of the structure of the training offer, improvement of training management processes and tools (LMS)
• Design organisational models: as-is analysis of the organisational structure, formulation of recommendations for performance optimisation, support in the implementation of new organisational models
• Manage data management and analysis in the context of staff sizing projects, performance management, dashboard design,
• Design communication plans, training plans and support for the client's resources
• Contribute to commercial actions
• Contribute to our internal working groups
• Write articles for the Sia Partners blog
