Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field
• Proven experience in processing payroll, experience in international complexities
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits processes and regulations
• In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations (a plus)
• Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) (a plus)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for the entire group (5 entities and contractors globally)
• Manage and execute all aspects of compensation and benefits programs
• Stay up-to-date on all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements
• Assist with the development and implementation of new HR initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees and contractors
• Provide excellent customer service and support to employees regarding HR inquiries
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
