Build business cases, perform ROI calculations, conduct readiness assessments, and integrate AI into HR processes. Drive change management, communicate with stakeholders, and conduct project reviews. The position can be filled at various locations in Germany or remotely.

Requirements

• Experience in HR transformation, preferably within the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in HR process optimization and technology integration
• Expertise in HR-IT License and Metric Models
