Requirements

• Experience in HR transformation, preferably within the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in HR process optimization and technology integration
• Expertise in HR-IT License and Metric Models

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive roadmaps for HR transformation
• Design HR-IT system architectures tailored to client needs following our SAP product strategy
• Define functional specifications that align with business goals
• Optimize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Build compelling business cases and perform ROI calculations
• Conduct readiness assessments to ensure successful transformation
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence into HR processes to drive innovation
• Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions
• Communicate with stakeholders to maintain alignment and support
• Conduct project reviews and health checks to ensure ongoing success
