Create comprehensive roadmaps, design HR-IT system architectures, define functional specifications, and optimize HR processes. Build business cases, perform ROI calculations, conduct readiness assessments, integrate AI into HR processes, and drive change management initiatives. Communicate with stakeholders and conduct project reviews to ensure ongoing success. The position can be filled at various locations in Germany or remotely.

Requirements

• Experience in HR transformation, preferably within the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in HR process optimization and technology integration
• Expertise in HR-IT License and Metric Models
