This position demands a strong understanding of US Payroll and HR principles, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional service. Key responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining records, administering benefits, conducting audits, supporting recruitment, providing HR support, assisting employees with inquiries, and generating reports. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, and in-depth knowledge of US payroll and HR. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR and payroll processing roles, preferably within a US healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of US payroll practices, HR policies, and labor regulations
- Proficient in payroll software and HR management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information confidentially
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee compensation
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, answering inquiries and resolving issues as needed
- Conduct regular audits of HR and payroll data to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including maintaining candidate databases and preparing new hire documentation
- Provide HR support in areas such as performance management, employee relations, and statutory compliance
- Assist employees with inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies to ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Generate and analyze payroll and HR reports as requested by management
