Requirements
- You have 3-5 years experience in a hands-on HR Operations or HR Generalist role
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- You have strong, practical knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and core HR operational functions
- Expertise in payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDC) and exposure to other HR areas is a strong advantage
- You demonstrate the ability to pick up knowledge of internal HR platforms (ATS, HRIS, etc.), blockchain/cryptocurrency industry and domain knowledge, as well as overall business and department operations quickly
- You are self-motivated, resourceful, and have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and highly agile environment
- You are meticulous with data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity
- You are comfortable preparing reports and dashboards that will be used for strategic decision-making
- You are able to frequently spot and prevent errors and have an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality
- You also hold your peers to similar standards in their work
- You demonstrate sound judgment and have proven experience handling highly sensitive and confidential data with the utmost discretion

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end HR operational lifecycle, including flawless execution of monthly payroll and claims, statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDC), benefits administration, employee offboarding, and contract management
- Serve as the primary contact for all employee HR queries
- Enhance the employee experience by managing office administration, coordinating company-wide events like townhalls, and administering employee engagement surveys (e.g., eNPS)
- Research and create learning structures and processes for employees to upskill
- Coordinate all learning and development logistics, including managing relationships with training vendors, scheduling sessions, and owning the HRDC claims and reporting process
- Provide confidential administrative support for employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations
- Support the effective implementation of performance management initiatives by administering the process in our HR systems, tracking submissions, and preparing support documents for employees and managers
- Support the analysis of our total rewards structure by preparing accurate data for annual compensation reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits analysis
- Participate in activities to support the organization's structure, including preparing job descriptions, job roles, hierarchies, and reporting lines
- Own the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual HR reports
- This involves gathering and cleaning data on key metrics like headcount, new hires, and turnover, providing the foundation for strategic analysis
- Maintain effective communication and manage relationships with external parties such as insurance providers, benefits brokers, training providers, and HR system vendors
- Create, maintain, and improve HR operational guidelines, process checklists, and standard templates to build a scalable foundation for the company
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in HR operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to complete projects in a timely and effective manner
- Act as a trusted partner to the business, providing clear and helpful answers to HR-related questions
- Able to mentor interns
- Mentorship includes imparting knowledge and/or technical skills for day-to-day work
- Support any ad hoc tasks as required by the company
