As an HVAC Installation Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation of HVAC equipment across multiple sites in the US. You will be responsible for conducting site assessments, developing installation plans, leading installation teams, ensuring quality installations, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and management
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Experience with project management software
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in the HVAC industry
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site assessments to estimate the requirements for HVAC equipment installation
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop installation plans and timelines
- Evaluate site conditions
- Lead and manage installation teams across various locations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on installation techniques and safety standards
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company quality guidelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the installation process
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation phase, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless transitions from installation to ongoing maintenance
- Willingness to travel 75% or more to various job sites across the US, adapting to changing project demands
- Works within the company Work Order Management system to ensure work orders are sent to all Energy Force technicians
- Reviews installation surveys to ensure all required scope completion from technicians
- Provide excellent and timely customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Ensure utmost customer satisfaction (internal and external to Budderfly) throughout the Technical Services work order systems
- Works to improve customer satisfaction throughout the Energy Force installation process

- Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Coordinating multiple daily tasks concurrently
- Demonstrated experience in customer phone service
- Able to work as a team player and independently
- Creative problem solver with ability to multi-task
- Ability to work rotational weekend/holiday call
