HW Engineer

Join our team as a Hardware Engineer to support market expansion and pursue forward-looking technologies. You will align JOEM hardware requirements, provide technical advice, and contribute to project success.

Requirements

• Background in Electronics and Electrical Engineering
• In-depth understanding of complex Microprocessor/SoC architectures
• Minimum of 5 years of project experience
• Project management skills and basic system understanding
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English

Responsibilities

• Align JOEM hardware requirements by directly engaging with customers, leveraging specialized hardware expertise to propose optimal solutions and build trusted relationships
• Provide technical advice and problem-solving support to ensure project success
• Support acquisition activities to offer the best solution for customers
• Conduct vehicle measurements to validate system configurations
• Take full responsibility for improving hardware performance, durability, and quality
• Participate in international project activities, collaborating closely with teams in Germany, India, and Malaysia
