Summary

The job is for a driven and adaptable coach with experience in Sleep Science and text-based coaching methods. The role involves managing messages, leveraging digital sleep science, providing coaching experience, partnering with members, collaborating with the team, analyzing member data, and assessing the coaching platform. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, coaching certification, at least 1 year of text-based coaching experience (NBHWC preferred), Sleep Science knowledge, and experience working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound messages for assigned members and coverage members (up to 20 hours per week, with additional opportunities as needed)
• Leverage digital sleep science and the coaching platform to make strategic, effective coaching decisions while staying within the coaching scope of practice
• Respond to all inbound messages within the established SLAs
• Provide a coaching experience that uses a range of attributes and techniques, including: active listening, tone, empathy, reflection, goal setting, motivational interviewing, personalization, sleep science referencing, and skills based in CBT-I
• Partner with members to work towards healthy lifestyle changes while building self-awareness and improving sleep health behavior for sustainable change
• Provide members with relevant sleep help tools and actionable vetted resources
• Collaborate with the coaching team and other departments to continuously improve our member experience
• Provide Coaching coverage for members of the Coaching Team as needed
• Analyze member data and behavior to provide an effective coaching experience
• Objectively assess our coaching platform/approaches and relay your insights and feedback to the Product and Engagement Teams
