Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as an IAM Engineer. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will enhance corporate security through identity controls, manage IAM projects and processes, maintain identity platforms, analyze data for implementation and roadmap decisions, partner with leadership on KPIs and strategies, stay current on technologies, educate employees on best practices, participate in compliance and audits, and ensure a positive experience for users and administrators. This role requires 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years focused on Okta, and expertise in configuring and maintaining IAM solutions for various applications. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles with at least 2 of those being primarily focused on Okta
- Experience configuring and maintaining IAM solutions for a variety of IaaS and SaaS applications
- Experience with workflow automation platforms and leveraging APIs to orchestrate systems
- Must have deep expertise with Okta and Microsoft Entra, with a focus on configuring, managing, and optimizing identity controls
- Experience in integrating and optimizing enterprise applications like Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain corporate security posture through effective identity controls
- Tackle projects and process improvements related to corporate IAM
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of identity platforms and integrated systems
- Analyze data and develop business cases to inform implementations and the IAM roadmap
- Partner with leadership and relevant stakeholders to develop KPIs and identity governance strategies and procedures
- Stay current on technologies used by the company
- Educate and empower employees on industry best practices to enhance security, efficiency, and compliance
- Participate in developing compliance policies and completing audit-related activities
- Ensure an excellent experience for administrators and end users alike
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in a scripting language (python) for automating tasks is a bonus
