Summary

Join FinQuery as an IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer and design, implement, maintain, and optimize our critical IT systems. Ensure smooth operation, security, and scalability of systems and processes. Develop and implement automation strategies, thoroughly document system configurations, and implement device management tooling and policies. Diagnose and fix complex system malfunctions, support onboarding/offboarding processes, and research new technologies. Proactively monitor system errors/vulnerabilities and implement upgrades. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of systems engineering principles and is passionate about problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information security or other technical discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in a systems engineering or similar technical role
  • Working knowledge of Okta, Okta Workflows, OIG, and Windows Intune
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good interpersonal skills including persuasiveness and/or assertiveness skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to converse effectively at all levels of seniority, both internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline routine tasks and reduce manual efforts
  • Thoroughly document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge transfer and maintenance purposes
  • Implement and administer device management tooling and policies across workstations, laptops, and mobile device
  • Diagnose and fix complex system malfunctions, working across teams to identify and implement solutions
  • Supporting our onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with HR and IT
  • Research new technology and processes to fill future and current needs
  • Proactively monitor system errors/vulnerabilities, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid engineering background
  • Okta Certified Professional, Okta Certified Administrator, and/or Okta Certified Developer
