Image Quality Assurance Specialist

Requirements

• English skills (at least B2 for both spoken and written)
• Advanced knowledge of photography
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is a must
• Solid understanding of image formats, resolution, aspect ratios, and technical requirements
• Mature and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

• Review submitted photoshoots according to client-specific guidelines
• Assess technical aspects such as focus, exposure, composition, use of space, and framing
• Ensure consistency in editing (e.g., color correction, cropping, sharpness)
• Use Lightroom and Photoshop to assist with technical evaluations and occasionally perform light edits
• Provide clear, constructive, and professional feedback to image creators in line with the brand's standards
• Collaborate with QA and editing teams to meet delivery deadlines
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to workflow or quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in photo validation or image review
• Background as a professional photographer
• Experience working on international photography projects
• Familiarity with image delivery platforms or digital content libraries
