Immigration Paralegal

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a law firm setting with business immigration
• Proficient in immigration software like Docketwise and tech-savvy with Word, Excel, Adobe, and cloud-based tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish required)
• Have a Windows laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of recent paralegal experience
• 3+ years working remotely
• Proficiency in legal research platforms, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Quiet location for phone calls

Responsibilities

• Provide independent paralegal support for various immigration matters
• Maintain timely communication with clients between 9 AM – 6 PM
• Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum 20 hours/week)
