Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Global Mobility, Visa & Travel, Immigration, HR, or related functions
• Advanced English Communication Skills
• Understanding of global immigration systems and requirements
• Proven experience in managing work permits/visa processes within an organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with and ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and policies
• Monitor and manage the immigration process for employees and newcomers, including visa applications, work permits, residence permits and supporting documents
• Provide guidance, advice, and support to employees regarding immigration matters
• Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, immigration authorities, and other relevant stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of immigration-related documentation
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal immigration policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Travel, and other teams to ensure alignment between immigration policies and overall organizational policies
