Summary
Join Raintree Systems' Data Team as an Implementation Consultant! This fully remote position (in select US states) involves managing the data migration process for clients in the healthcare industry. You will work directly with clients, strategize data migration, and serve as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of data migration, proactively managing client escalations, and ensuring timely project completion. The ideal candidate possesses experience in project/product management, training, medical software, or implementations, along with a bachelor's degree and proficiency in data manipulation. Requirements
- Must have experience in at least 2 of the following areas; Product/Project Management, Training, Medical Software, and Implementations
- A Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- Proficiency with spreadsheet formulas used to manipulate data
Responsibilities
- Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the data migration for new and existing Clients
- Strategize the data migration utilizing best practices for the latest features and functionality in the system for a given Client
- Serve as a direct point of customer contact for data migration during the implementation
- Proactively and independently manage Client escalations
- Assist in the review of Client data migration and the development of new workflow plans
- Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with the Project Manager
- Ensure import due dates are met on time and reviewed with the Client
- Coordinate data conversion, mapping, import, and other timelines and expectations
- Follow project plans and manage scope and timeline, escalating to Project Managers as needed
- Assure overall Client satisfaction
- Perform other duties as needed and directed by data team Project Managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical computerized billing and scheduling software systems is preferred
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems/implementations preferred
- Work experience in a medical office environment, customer service, IT, or support desk is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with PSA systems and their processes (such as logging timesheets) is a plus
- Ability to lead a Client successfully through technical processes
- Ability to manage and fulfill Client expectations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally
- Personal track record of being thorough, courteous, and responsive in customer service
- Ability to communicate with various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
- Self-starter, with the ability to organize work for maximum efficiency
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, effectively prioritize, and deliver against deadlines
- Ability to identify risks and offer solutions to Clients and Project Managers
