Join Source Technologies as an Implementation Consultant and play a key role in launching our new AP payments software integrated with Microsoft Dynamics BC and Acumatica. This role requires implementing and configuring software solutions, providing post-sales support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the team. You will conduct customer training, stay updated on industry trends, and act as a business analyst, consultant, and developer initially. The position requires proficiency in BC implementation, a strong understanding of the AP process, and experience in software implementation and customer support. Requirements

• Proficiency in BC (Business Central) implementation
• Strong understanding of the AP (Accounts Payable) process, as this is key for dealing with payments
• Experience in software implementation and customer support
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• US-based, with eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship (citizens, green card holders)

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure software solutions using BC (Business Central)
• Provide post-sales support to customers, ensuring smooth go-live processes
• Assist customers with any questions and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with the team to learn and understand our software functionality
• Ensure seamless integration with Dynamics BC and Acumatica
• Conduct training sessions for customers on software usage
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
• Act as a business analyst, consultant, and developer as needed during the initial phase
• Support the product temporarily until a dedicated support team is established
