Implementation Lead

Summary

Join SmarterDx as an Implementation Lead and take ownership of revenue cycle management implementations. Lead the implementation process from contract signing to go-live, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. You will ensure seamless integration of solutions into end-user workflows, focusing on data validation and accuracy. This fully remote US-based role requires strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills. You will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences, and have experience with SSO, sFTP, and allowlisting. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for improving healthcare.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a healthcare related field (or, if your y-intercept is lower, evidence that your slope is super steep)
• In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including billing, CDI, coding and claims management
• A background in healthcare consulting and/or experience overseeing software deployments in a healthcare context
• Proven experience as an Implementation Lead or similar role, with a focus on healthcare and revenue cycle
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to successfully lead and execute complex implementation projects within defined timelines
• Data analysis experience (preferably using SQL or Python)
• Problem solver who thinks creatively to identify solutions to problems
• Entrepreneurial mindset. Previous experience as an early joiner in a young technology company or evidence that you are scrappy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction
• Autonomy and the confidence to drive process improvements throughout times of ambiguity and changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process from contract signing to go-live, working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
• Ensure our solutions fit seamlessly into our end users’ workflows and deliver real value from day 1
• Ask the right questions, dig into data requirements and operational workflows, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
• Expand your technical skill set, taking the lead on components like SSO, sFTP and allowlisting
• Review data specifications, analyze files, and ensure we start every implementation with implementation best practices and solid data
• Bring clarity, order, and momentum to even the most complex implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Six Sigma
• Certification in Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
• Experience with our tech stack
