Summary
Join Verifiable, a leading provider of API-first solutions for healthcare credentialing and network management, as an Implementation Manager. You will manage customer relationships from sales to successful implementation, partnering with clients to achieve their business objectives. This role requires project management expertise, including planning, communication, and coordination with internal teams. You will be the primary customer contact during implementation, acting as a subject matter expert on the Verifiable product. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of implementation or project management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally with Salesforce integration experience. Requirements
- 3+ year of Implementation or Project Management experience in a highly technical SaaS startup environment
- Able to effectively manage and prioritize workload to include driving implementation projects for several customers at a time while addressing each customer's unique needs
- Possesses a fundamental understanding of project management methodologies, including scoping, consulting, issue/risk identification, and communication of overall project status
- Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment
- Highly collaborative, organized, detail oriented, solutions focused, and able to problem solve on the spot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to specify technical changes/needs to technical teams
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage customer relationships from sales handoff to successful implementation
- Partner directly with clients to enable them to successfully implement Verifiable based on their unique scope and business objectives
- Project manage the implementation process by aligning on project requirements, managing project plans, owning all customer communication, and coordinating teams to drive success through implementation
- Effectively manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports and maintaining great relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams on the configuration component of implementation
- Organize and coordinate customer onboarding and training through virtual web conferences
- Serve as the primary contact for all customer-facing requests during implementation
- Act as a subject matter expert of the Verifiable product to drive product adoption

Having implemented a Salesforce-integrated product is a huge plus
