Summary
Join VetsEZ as an Implementation Product Owner Support (IPOS) professional to contribute to the VA Health Connect initiative, modernizing clinical contact centers. This role involves supporting implementation planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and solution readiness across various teams. You will translate product vision into user stories and features, track implementation status, and collaborate with IT, training, and communications teams. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong documentation and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess additional qualifications such as experience with Genesys or other contact center platforms and relevant certifications. This is a 100% remote opportunity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare or IT integration projects
- Strong ability to document processes and communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Translate product vision into user stories, features, and documentation
- Support JIRA-based requirement tracking and sprint documentation
- Collaborate with IT to identify technical dependencies and estimates
- Coordinate with training and communications teams for go-live readiness
- Assist in validating CRM customizations and system configurations
- Track implementation status and support site readiness activities
- Support post-implementation efforts, including feedback collection and issue tracking
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Genesys or other contact center platforms
- Knowledge of call center KPIs (e.g., AHT, FCR, CSAT)
- Prior healthcare consulting, military, or government contracting background
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Ability to obtain Federal Government clearance
