Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management or related roles
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Experience utilizing project management concepts, methodologies, and solving challenges related to client implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders in all organizational levels
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through the completion of implementations, ensuring adherence to project management best practices
- Define project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress, report key metrics (including ACV recognition), and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project strategies with organizational goals, particularly in relation to ACV
- Oversee client implementation projects throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure project team members follow standard operating procedures and meet project timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and optimize project management methodologies for client onboarding
- Act as a key point of contact for resolving project-related issues
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks
- Collaborate with the Manager of Professional Services to maximize ACV recognition in project management approaches
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project processes, tools, and methodologies tailored to client implementation
- Mentor and guide junior project managers within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Background in SAAS software implementation
- Experience with remote or international project management
