Join Encoda, a leading claims and denials software solution provider, as a Healthcare SaaS Implementation Specialist. Reporting to the COO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless deployment and customization of our healthcare SaaS solutions. Manage multiple implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and partner closely with customers to tailor our platform to their needs. You will be responsible for data migration, training, and ongoing support, while also contributing to process improvement and product enhancement based on customer feedback. This role requires a strong background in healthcare SaaS implementation, medical billing, and revenue cycle management. Success in this position demands excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 to 5 years’ prior experience in Healthcare SaaS software deployment, with a focus on medical billing and revenue cycle management
- Healthcare revenue cycle expertise and familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms is required
- Deep expertise in medical billing workflows, insurance claims processing, payer reimbursement, and clearinghouse integrations
- Experience with software installation, configuration, and integration within healthcare IT environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in healthcare revenue cycle challenges
- Fluency in all MS Office tools and applications
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process of our platform for customers, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal system performance
- Conduct thorough needs assessment to ensure alignment with customer objectives
- Develop and execute effective implementation strategies tailored to each customer’s specific workflow needs
- Manage the secure and accurate migration of data from legacy systems to Encoda’s platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, development, and customer success to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on the use, maintenance, and adoption of the implemented software
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and high quality completion, within budget
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns throughout the implementation process
- Document best practices, processes, and lessons learned to continually improve the implementation methodology
- Work with the product management team to enhance our solutions based on viable customer feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Asana is a plus)
