Summary

Join Everbridge, a global provider of SaaS-based critical communication and enterprise safety solutions, as an Implementation Specialist. This remote position, based in Hungary, requires alignment with US working hours. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, configuring Everbridge solutions, delivering product training, collaborating with internal teams, documenting progress in Salesforce, and acting as the client's advocate. You will also provide after-hours support during critical events and identify opportunities for process improvement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong MS Office skills, experience with web-based application configuration, familiarity with project management principles, excellent communication skills in English, and a proactive and flexible approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with project management principles and coordinating multiple client engagements
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Passion for client success, with a proactive and flexible approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
  • Configure and set up Everbridge’s SaaS solutions tailored to client needs
  • Deliver live product training and guidance to clients, empowering them to use our tools with confidence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and evolve implementation processes, especially for new products
  • Document all communication and progress in Salesforce (our CRM platform)
  • Proactively share best practices with clients and suggest ways to optimize their product usage
  • Understand client use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Act as the client’s internal advocate, ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Support post-implementation
  • Occasionally provide after-hours support during critical events (e.g., natural disasters)
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to ongoing product and service enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with web-based application configuration and understanding user requirements is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
