Summary

Join Jabra Hearing's inside sales team as a remote Inbound Sales Associate! You'll be responsible for handling inbound sales and support across multiple channels, focusing on phone calls, live chats, and emails. Requirements

  • 1+ years of previous experience working in a high-volume call center environment or performing remote (phone/video) inside/outside sales
  • Comfort working independently in a high-demand, high-touch sales environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English effectively to assist customers via phone, cases, real-time chats, and emails
  • Experience with lead qualification and objection handling
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, or a similar CRM, and understanding of basic sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work a set schedule that aligns with business needs: Schedule A : Monday through Thursday 12pm - 8pm ET, Sunday 10am - 6pm ET
  • Schedule B : Tuesday through Thursday 11am - 7pm ET, Friday 12pm - 8pm ET, Saturday 10am - 6pm ET
  • Schedule C : Monday 11am - 7pm ET, Wednesday through Friday 12pm - 8pm ET, Saturday 10am - 6pm ET

Responsibilities

  • Complete inbound work in an omnichannel sales/support environment, with a focus on phone calls but also including live chats, customer tasks, emails, and other channels
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales targets by achieving and exceeding individual Sales and KPI targets
  • Set the groundwork for building long-term customer relationships
  • Engage and qualify prospects who have connected with the website
  • Address customer questions about our product offerings
  • Navigate our tools including Slack and Salesforce
  • Gain expert knowledge of our products and sales tools contributing to their ongoing development

Preferred Qualifications

Some schooling or relevant certification to Sales is a plus
