Summary

Join A Place for Mom as an Inbound Phone Sales Representative and utilize your direct-to-consumer sales skills to convert inbound phone leads into revenue. You will conduct in-depth consultations, educating families about senior care options and matching them with suitable communities or providers. This role involves working remotely using an auto-answer phone system, adhering to a set schedule, and achieving daily production benchmarks. Success is measured by referring families and scheduling tours to drive move-ins. The ideal candidate possesses experience in fast-paced, high-volume phone sales, though experience in senior living or home care is preferred but not required. This is not a customer service role.

Requirements

  • Have worked in a fast-paced, high-volume phone sales structure in past positions
  • Have a history of exceeding sales targets
  • Be able to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
  • Possess strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system
  • Successfully complete new hire training program

Responsibilities

  • Use your existing skills and proven success in direct-to-consumer sales to convert high-volume inbound phone leads into revenue
  • Use an ACD (auto answer) phone system for the high-volume intake of inbound, pre-screened phone leads daily while working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative
  • Work an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence
  • Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls
  • Educate families about customized senior care options and work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their needs
  • Provide guidance and support to deliver a great family experience
  • Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
  • Reach daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls) using an ACD [auto answer] phone system
  • Refer families out to communities and scheduling tours for them to ultimately drive move-ins
