Summary
Join Experian's Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships Team and design, execute, and manage impactful inclusion and belonging programs and events in collaboration with external organizations. You will create a scalable infrastructure for program management, prepare regular updates on program performance, and provide logistical support for event planning. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners is crucial, as is collaborating with internal departments. Reporting on program metrics and creating engaging communication plans for stakeholders are also key responsibilities. This role requires significant experience in DEI, event management, and program management, with a preference for candidates located near Austin or San Antonio, TX, although remote candidates will be considered.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DEI, Inclusion & Belonging, or related fields, with a focus on developing empowerment programs for underrepresented communities
- 5+ years of experience in event management/production, including executing events in collaboration with internal and external creative, marketing and production agencies
- 7+ years of experience in program management, with experience organizing program portfolios and managing projects to ensure successful execution
- Ability to travel up to 25% for programs and events
Responsibilities
- Design and execute inclusion and belonging programs and events with external organizations to drive financial inclusion
- Create a scalable infrastructure to organize a comprehensive program portfolio, ensuring accurate tracking of progress, deliverables, and outcomes
- Prepare quarterly program updates to share business impact and overall program performance
- Lead logistical support for event planning, including program schedules, timelines, venue selection, catering, giveaways, shipping, and transportation arrangements
- Build and manage relationships with external partners to collaboratively advance shared goals
- Collaborate internally across departments to communicate and implement partnership events and programs
- Report on program and event metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build engaging communication plans that inform, update, and prepare internal stakeholders and volunteers
Preferred Qualifications
Preference for candidates based in or near Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX to allow access to the Austin office; remote candidates will also be considered
