Industry Principal Consultant

Summary

Join Blue Acorn iCi, an Infosys company, as a contract Industry Principle Consultant! You will be the functional lead on a Member Network project for a global industrial equipment manufacturer. This role involves understanding and translating business requirements, liaising with client and technical teams, planning development and implementation, and writing user stories. The ideal candidate possesses 7-10 years of experience as a digital solution consultant, experience with Azure Cloud services, Agile/Scrum, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• 7-10 years of total experience as an industry digital solution consultant required
• Must have working experience with Agile concepts and Scrum methodology
• Experience writing user stories and documenting business requirements
• Strong communication skills, being able to understand business interests in relationship to technology implications, and to work across stakeholders to align on design decisions

Responsibilities

• Understand the business / end user requirements
• Liaison with client Product Management team to understand the requirements and their priorities
• Plan the development / implementation of business features by working Client Product Management and Infosys Technical teams
• Address the functional questions / clarifications raised by technical teams. Consultation with Product Owner where needed
• Write the User stories in the project management tool, ensuring that the Definition of Done and Ready are enforceable and visible to all the stakeholders
• Explain the business logic behind stories to the technical team members

Preferred Qualifications

Experience having successfully launched solutions using Azure Cloud services is a plus
