Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Summary

The job is for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator at Linjer, a design studio that sells jewelry, bags, and watches. The position involves assisting in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and reaching out to influencers, negotiating partnerships, managing gifting, and analyzing KPIs. The ideal candidate is a native German speaker with proficient English, experience in digital marketing (preferably DTC eCommerce), avid social media user, passionate about digital brand building, shares the company's values, coachable, detail-oriented, tech literate, and thrives in a high growth environment.

Requirements

• You are a native German speaker and have strong working knowledge of the German speaking influencer landscape
• Proficient English
• You have had relevant exposure in digital marketing (strong preference for experience in DTC eCommerce)
• You’re an avid social media user and have a strong passion for digital brand building. In particular, you know YouTube and Instagram extremely well

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Identify and reach out to influencers that fit our brand
• Negotiate and pitch new influencer partnerships
• Help manage influencer gifting and coordinate
• Assist with analyzing and tracking influencer KPIs and campaign performance on a regular basis
