Requirements

  • Be located in the New York metropolitan area
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Have one to two years previous experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
  • Be passionate for pop-culture, culture, news and staying up to date with trends
  • Have familiarity with various social media platforms, specifically Instagram & TikTok but also emerging platforms like SnapChat
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Have the ability to work in a team and collaborative setting
  • Possess attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Research and identify relevant influencers across various social media platforms and niches, considering target audience and brand alignment
  • Engage and build relationships with influencers through outreach, negotiation, and contract management
  • Coordinate and manage influencer collaborations, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Monitor and track influencer performance metrics and campaign results to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer partnerships
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for clients and their influencer partnerships
  • Stay up to date on trends, best social media practices & platform updates, FTC guidelines, and industry changes
  • Keep a pulse on competitors in the industry
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media & influencer marketing
  • Collaborate with core accounts teams to develop compelling content ideas and brief influencers on content requirements
  • Manage influencer & management relationships, including communication, feedback, and issue resolution
