Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience leading influencer marketing for a B2C e-commerce brand
• Deep knowledge of industry trends and the ability to identify new marketing opportunities
• A creative mindset to develop influencer campaigns from the ground up
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign success
• Familiarity with major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities
• A self-employment certificate

Responsibilities

• Build Influencer Relationships: Identify and approach relevant influencers who align with our brand values and audience
• Managing Collaborations: Cultivate solid, long-term relationships with influencers to create impactful campaigns and collaborations
• Auditing Existing Relationships: Evaluate influencer partnerships to ensure they align with brand objectives and drive results
• Measuring Campaign Success: Analyze performance data and provide insightful reports, tracking KPIs like conversions, engagement, and orders through influencer partnerships
• Running Paid Ads via Safelisting: Work with influencers to allow their content for paid ad campaigns, maximizing reach and driving sales
