Requirements

• Interest or 1+ year experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or a related role
• Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, and influencer trends
• Familiarity with outreach and basic negotiation for partnerships
• Basic familiarity with Shopify for placing orders
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional influencer outreach
• Passion for social media trends, content creation, and relationship building

Responsibilities

• Identify and build lists of TikTok and YouTube influencers and emerging creators for campaigns, PR mailers, and product seeding
• Assist in outreach efforts, negotiate gifted and paid partnerships with micro-influencers, and track campaign progress to ensure content is delivered on time
• Place and manage 50+ influencer and media seeding orders monthly via Shopify
• Support social media community management by engaging with influencers and relevant brands to nurture relationships
• Monitor social media trends, viral content, and hashtags to identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and creative campaigns
• Maintain partnership trackers, manage invoices, update campaign performance reports, and provide general administrative support
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to ideate influencer campaign strategies
