Responsibilities

  • Support sponsored programs by pitching Pharma and Health & Wellness influencer content creation ideas based on provided RFPs and Influencer Marketing Manager and Director of Social Media guidance
  • Create creative briefs that align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and social media platform best practices. Ensure these briefs inspire influencers to create content that meets campaign KPIs and resonates with the target audience
  • Create influencer program efficiencies by templatizing sponsored campaigns and reporting in CreatorIQ
  • Regularly update sponsored campaign performance in internal team program tracker
  • Proactively source and vet influencers across a variety of chronic conditions and wellness verticals to develop a content creator talent roster
  • Lead sponsored influencer campaigns from talent vetting to campaign wrap-up reporting, including but not limited to: Vetting content creator talent Owning content creator outreach with on-brand messaging Leading influencer communication for contracting, content reviews, content edits, and successful delivery of work
  • Establish, track, and analyze KPIs for each campaign. Develop reporting metrics, takeaways, learnings, quantitative & qualitative insights
  • Continuously monitor social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Work with Influencer Marketing Manager to adapt strategies to leverage these trends, ensuring content remains relevant and engaging
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into broader business goals
  • Ensure all influencer content complies with industry regulations and brand guidelines
  • Oversee contract negotiations and support Influencer Marketing Manager in ensuring all agreements are in place and adhered to
  • Identify potential partnership risks and support the development of crisis management plans alongside Influencer Marketing Manager
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers

As a Senior Associate, Influencer Marketing, you will have previous experience leading influencer campaigns and possess excellent multitasking skills while delivering high quality work. You’re both a creative and analytical thinker; you’re a relationship builder, and you feel comfortable managing the lifecycle of influencer partnerships down to the details. You love social media, care deeply about content performance, and have an inherent interest in Health & Wellness.

Where You’ll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our New York office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

  • Support sponsored programs by pitching Pharma and Health & Wellness influencer content creation ideas based on provided RFPs and Influencer Marketing Manager and Director of Social Media guidance.

  • Starting Salary: $72,000 - $80,000
