Requirements
- Possess expertise in influencer marketing
- Have experience with influencer ID, negotiation, contracting and activation management
- Be skilled in motivating teammates and helping them grow
- Be in touch with cultural and industry trends
- Have the ability to “roll with it” and be nimble when there are changes to pathways and needs to counsel on pivots
- Have 3-5 years of experience
- Be self-directed, motivated, take ownership of projects and follow them through to the end. Know how to manage up to get what they need to succeed
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree
- An expert in: What and who is trending and applying that to influencer programming in both planned and real-time moments
- How to make the right influencer and creator connections for brands in creative, innovative, and breakthrough ways that get clients excited, in both planned and opportunistic moments
- A culture vulture with a can-do, future-forward approach and attitude
- Be creative and not a box checker
- Be a critical thinker who goes beyond the surface level
- Possess excellent communication skills; clear, vocal, articulate when presenting to clients, and team in addition to clear written communications (e.g., strategy, client and team emails)

Responsibilities
- Bring cultural insights, thought leadership, and strategic thinking to help lead influencer programming on brands across the agency - from CPG to Beauty to food & beverage, and beyond
- Be responsible for both contributions in all phases of the influence process for these programs/brands
- Help put our clients at the forefront of the cultural zeitgeist, driving relevance, talkability and badge value for our clients, through the lens of brand owned social channels and influencer programming
- Research and identify influencers for our programs, helping to review content to ensure it meets the briefs and helping to build out and populate client recaps showing off our incredible work
- Dissect client business objectives/goals and work with senior team members to craft culture strategies - with influencer at the heart - that achieve those goals in a disruptive fashion
- Create, sell in and manage influencer programs that speak to our brand’s targets and “make noise” with synergies between PR, social, and paid
- Contribute in a meaningful way to the influencer strategy and programming (end-to-end) across accounts (from strategy to partner identification & contracting to content management)
- Identify and proactively connect brands to influencers/content creators that will put them at the forefront of culture
- Manage and oversee influencer integrations + programs that speak to our brand’s targets
- Strengthen relations with and bring relevant influencers into the fold of brands on a program and opportunistic basis that can drive cultural relevance
- Be instrumental in the day-to-day management of influencer partnerships
- Grow towards: An expert in negotiations and contract reviews, both with influencer partners and third-party vendors with a clear understanding of legal + scope guardrails and payment terms
- Demonstrate program success via strong reporting and storytelling
- Be a dot connector ensuring all programming is executed with excellence and the right specialists are brought in to inform at each step of the way
- Report on competitive brands and trends to clients; demonstrate ability to be nimble and develop one-of-a-kind “ways in” for brands harnessing these trends
- Support the team in a day-to-day capacity and at times serve as the client point person on assigned accounts, juggling multiple projects and deadlines, leading calls, email correspondence, etc
- Serve as a thought leader, trusted voice and advisor to clients
- Actively provide strategic counsel and be a strategic voice for the client
- Build strong relationship that establishes trust with clients
- Design work plans for programs
- Collaborate within integrated agency teams and with agency partners
- Problem-solve quickly when issues arise
- Demonstrate expertise in approval processes and legal requirements per individual client needs
- Understand profitability
