Summary

Join our team as an Account Manager and become the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting their business needs. This role requires a true Amazon advertising expert who can act as a strategic advisor, providing strategic direction, translating strategy into action and budget, and demonstrating deep expertise in Amazon advertising. You will own the client relationship as a subject matter expert, guiding the client's advertising strategy from start to finish. We are seeking someone with exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of the Amazon market to help us expand in the North American market. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach, managing client relationships while simultaneously executing and owning the advertising strategy. This is a hybrid or fully remote position based on the West Coast.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing implementation or managing and executing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Amazon
  • Have a deep understanding of Amazon operation knowledge and can handle most of the customer's business problems
  • Proven results in digital strategy and paid advertising within the e-commerce space
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to understand complex environments and projects, pay attention to details, and maintain an organized workflow
  • Excellent planning, project and time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Understand and master customer business needs, work closely with the internal team to ensure accurate communication and efficient delivery of customer needs
  • Regularly provide business updates and reports, track and manage customer feedback to ensure continuous service improvement
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our influence in the North American market
  • Develop, coordinate, and often implement marketing strategies across advertising platforms
  • Own company’s best practices (AMC, VoM, VoC, VoS), measure and track the effectiveness/ROI/ROAS of marketing efforts through analytics & reporting - take action from your insights after making recommendations to clients
  • Champion quarterly and annual business reviews for client renewals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an agency environment is highly desirable
