Information Technology Assistant

Summary

Join World Investment Advisors as an Information Technology Associate and provide first-tier technical support to advisors and employees. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with system administration, and contribute to ongoing projects. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience with MS Office applications. Preference is given to candidates with CRM/database experience, particularly with Salesforce. Responsibilities

• Be part of the current WIA Information Technology team and work closely with other team members with ongoing projects and day-to-day tasks
• Provide first tier support to the WIA network via email or phone by helping users with issues by researching problems, troubleshooting, and reaching out to tech support entities/vendors when necessary
• Assist as system administrator and user set-up within the different platforms used at WIA
• Provide Microsoft 365 Email support
• Assist with ongoing maintenance of CRM and other systems and notify users of outages or issues
• Assist with data imports into our Salesforce platform and help with data cleanup
• Be part of general Technology Department administration, meetings, and projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Have CRM/Database experience, Salesforce-specific experience in particular
• Have programming ability
