Remote Infrastructure / Devops Engineer

Summary

Returnista is looking for a dedicated cloud infrastructure engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will design, deliver, and manage the company's cloud infrastructure, focusing on AWS, scaling Docker deployments, serverless/lambda, networking within AWS, and best compliance and security practices.

Requirements

• Be familiar with best compliance and security practices
• A degree or equivalent work experience
• Expertise in our core technology stack
• A continual learner and stay up to date with new technology, techniques and ideas
• Understand the value of creativity and communication in software delivery
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver new infrastructure solutions to support ever growing traffic and system capabilities
• Have proven experience with AWS, scaling Docker deployments and serverless/lambda
• Design, configure and monitor networking within AWS (VPC, subnets, network security groups, firewalls, VPN gateways)
