Responsibilities

• Take the lead on helping build internal tools and cutting-edge features into the Files.com product that drive value for the 4,000 businesses that use our platform
• Build prototypes
• Dig deep into an issue to understand the root cause
• Contribute to ongoing projects for improving security, monitoring, and performance
• Participate in On Call Rotation for routine challenges
