Requirements

• Proven experience as an In-house Lawyer with a strong background in contract law and commercial transactions
• Experience in the technology or digital media industry
• Solid understanding of civil law, intellectual property law, data protection regulations, and other relevant legal areas
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Fluent in both Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including agreements with clients and partners
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on various legal matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide legal support on projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with international contract law or dealing with international clients
