Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
• 3+ years as an in-house lawyer or at a law firm, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or online companies
• Strong knowledge of USA law, corporate law, contract law, advertising compliance, IP, and data protection
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating various contracts
• Proficient in ensuring legal compliance for eCommerce operations
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional detail-oriented approach
• Team player with experience working across time zones
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyse legal issues, mainly in the USA, and advise managers and teams
• Ensure product and marketing compliance with relevant laws
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, guidelines, and notices
• Handle contracts with employees, contractors, clients, and vendors
• Ensure advertising and new products comply with regulations
• Serve as the legal point of contact for partners, clients, and suppliers
• Participate in internal calls and share legal updates
• Provide legal input for strategic business decisions
