Requirements

• Qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales
• Minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial contracts
• Experience of working with an in-house environment or top tier law firm

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and transactional support for commercial law matters
• Review, draft and negotiate agreements related to sale of Saviynt’s technology products
• Support and advise on non-disclosure agreements, statements of work for delivery of professional services
• Advise on matters concerning data protection (GDPR), intellectual property and IT outsourcing
