Summary

The job involves working as an intern in the digital transformation sector at Wavestone Luxembourg's office, contributing to shaping the future of digital public services by collaborating with experienced consultants on creative assignments. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master’s degree, is enthusiastic about digital transformation, and has skills in design thinking methodology.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in business, management, or innovation from a Business School, Engineering School, or University
• Enthusiastic about digital transformation and new ways of working, with a keen interest in design thinking methodology and tools
• Creative, solution-oriented, and enjoys both challenging oneself and being challenged
• Eager to learn how to assemble, organize, and facilitate collective intelligence workshops and contribute innovative ideas
• Comfortable using MS Office, PowerPoint and notions in creative design tools like Canva and / or Miro
• Client-focused, dedicated to high-quality and timely delivery, and thrives in a collaborative, diverse, and international work environment

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced consultants on creative assignments to develop collaborative working methods for clients
• Support the development of a team and offer around design thinking and innovation
• Participate in business development while developing client relationships
• Contribute to people development by supporting knowledge sharing and training within the LU office

Preferred Qualifications

Fluent in English, and proficiency in French or another language is a plus
