Summary

Join our team as a Sales Associate to focus on outreach, lead qualification, and prospect engagement from our database of over 10,000 MSPs. You will play a pivotal role in pre-qualifying leads and passing them on to our senior sales team for further development.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Sales or Channel Sales
  • Sales Adjacent Experience. Prior client-facing roles in marketing, content development, or a technical background supporting sales teams
  • Curiosity & Tech-Savvy. An eagerness to understand our product and speak the language of MSPs
  • CRM Knowledge. Experience with Dynamics or similar CRM tools is preferred
  • Self-Starter with Flexibility. Ability to work flexible hours, with occasional cold calling and outreach tasks. Adaptability to multiple time zones is key

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach to MSPs using company-provided marketing lists
  • Qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls, ensuring they align with the client's services
  • Schedule and hand off qualified leads to senior team members for further engagement
  • Collaborate with the team during scheduled touchpoints (1-2 times a week)
  • Leverage CRM software (Dynamics or similar) to manage and track lead progress
  • Provide timely communication to clients across various US time zones, and occasionally Canada
